RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at management@cooldrop.shop within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Attach the return label and ship it back
Return Shipping:
We provide FREE return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. Simply use the prepaid label we email you - no cost to you!
Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs. This fee helps us maintain competitive pricing while offering free return shipping.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Refund appears in your account: 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)
Total refund time: approximately 10-15 business days from when we receive your return.
Refund Amount:
Your refund will be calculated as:
- Product price minus 10% restocking fee
- Original shipping was FREE, so no shipping refund
- Return shipping is FREE (we cover this cost)
Example: $50 product = $45 refund (after 10% restocking fee)
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at management@cooldrop.shop
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We'll send a replacement at no charge OR issue a full refund
- NO restocking fee for damaged/defective items
- You keep or dispose of the damaged item (no need to return)
Wrong Item Received:
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us at management@cooldrop.shop
- We'll send the correct item immediately
- Keep or dispose of the wrong item (no return needed)
- NO restocking fee
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
3. Contact your bank
4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at management@cooldrop.shop
