Tracking Your Order:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using this number.

Delivery Issues:

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed and shipped. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at management@cooldrop.shop.

If you place multiple orders with the same shipping address, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency.
